Legal Question in Family Law in California
Is there a lawyer out there who can help? My cousin has been given papers about terminating her parental rights and she is incarcerated in a california correctional facility. She has no means to pay and I could only make small monthly payments. Riverside is where court will be. I have tried a couple free legal services and cannot get a return phone call. Please help.

Try some prisoner rights groups, woman support organizations, local bar associations, prepare a detailed question stating all the relevant significant details and re-post on LawGuru so that attorneys will know what the actual legal issues are, etc. If the other parent is not in jail, or her mother, it would seem logical that the court would while she is in jail restrict her parental rights as she can not exercise them.
