I need a lawyer for my divorce

My husband left me 6 months ago. We were married for almost 3 years have no property or kids together but only the car payment and bank acct. In September he forced me to sign the divorce paper by pushing me around. He refused to let me have it to go over it before I sign by telling me that he can put me in trouble if I don't sign it with him. I ended up signed it under the pressure( I'm from Thailand and I didn't know any better and I'm scare of him b/c a year ago he choked me once) I asked for the copy, he refused to give it to me and I have no idea what's in that paper. For the car issue, it's in both of our names and we agree that each of us'll pay half of the bill, I put the money in the joint acct for him to pay it every month & he took the money out plus extra for his food but the car payment hasn't been current and now it's in 60 days period. The car insurance, he took half of the down payment from me and let the car insurance expired. When I found out,I decided to pay it off for the whole year(until Oct 08) b/c that time the car was with me. Then b/c the Car insurance is in his name only, the new policy go to his address (but I have proof of check) he came to my place at 3.30 am. & took the car w/o telling me, Pls HELP.
