Lawyer Ignores My Requests

Over the past 6 months I have made several requests

of my attorney regarding settlement issues with my

ex-husband. My attorney has consistently ignored my

requests. When I have spoken to him personally, he

even lied to me about what he was going to do. I don't

have the money to pay the retainer for another attorney

and have no idea how to ''make'' my attorney be

responsive to be requests. Any suggestions are

welcome.

Your statement of facts indicate that you are very disatisfied with your attorney. The only solution to your problem is to retain another attorney.
