Legal Question in Family Law in California

laywer did not address issues..

2 weeks ago we were in family court. in court, he did not address the issues i hired him for, i attempted to get his attention and he gave me the ''hand''. i then assumed the issues would be done afterwards by stip's and other counsel agreeing on these.agter court realizing this was not the case and already telling the judge that i understood it all, i released him. can i return 3 weeks later and again attempt to rid the grey areas of the case? in ca. several issues were to request baseline c/p, 1/2 co-pays.

Re: laywer did not address issues..

Normally you cannot go back to court unless there is a change of circumstances. The exception is when child support does not comply with the state guideline, computer program.
