Legal Action Possible?

My fiance was assured by his ex-wife's attorney that all of the divorce paperwork was complete and turned in. We are supposed to be getting married in one month, only to find out the attorney has submitted the paperwork 4 times and it was incomplete, and therefore rejected. We have put a lot of money into this wedding, and now we cannot get a marriage license. Is there any legal action we can take against the attorney?

You should hire an attorney to review the case file and then determine if any thing can be done to complete the divorce before the wedding.
