Legal Question in Family Law in California
Need legal advice
My marriage has been in trouble for some time now and I believe that my husband is going to leave and try to take my son from me. We have to be out of our apartment in 5 days and he will not help me look for a new place. I believe that he has already found a place to live and is trying to leave me homeless so he can take our son. He has also closed our checking account and opened a new one in his name only. I only work part time and cannot afford an attorney. Is there some place I can go for free or low cost legal advice?

You need to file immediately for custody, child support, and spousal support. You also need an order shortening time. Contact me directly.
