Legal Question in Family Law in California

legal age to babysit and how late at night.

My two little girls are 5 and 6 y/o. They have a sister who is 14 y/o. She is CPR certified and has not taken any first aid classes. Their mother works from 3pm to 12am. The girls are left alone at home until 12:30 am. I don't personally agree with leaving them alone for 9.5 hours and specially at such late hours. Is my concern valid or am I just over reacting?

There is no law about this, it's just a question for a court to consider if the issue is tendered to it.
