It is called a find work order. It is an alternative to imputed income. The courts can't force a person to work, but if they find a person is capable of working and is choosing not to, the court can order child support based on what the parent could earn. If the parent wants to avoid paying support on money they are not earning, they can accept a find work order instead, which will order them to find work or demonstrate that they are making serious specific efforts to find work.
