I'm tired of this and feel like is not fair to depend on someone like him to do thing with my son please help me my father is very old and sick and i need to visit im but i want to take my son with me since my son does't really know his dad and he is 7 yrs and doesn't want to stay he wants to go with me.

How can i get legal custody not to depend on ex husband?

Re: legal cutody

You should file a motion with the court for permission to take your son out of the county. With his lack of contact with your son you should be successful.
