Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is it legal to email husband's boss and let them know domestic violence occurs at home? Also sending them copies of restraining orders and sexual pervertedness that husband does to wife?

"Legal..." Probably not... that's vindictive and destructive and could result in a TRO against you. Further, you will hurt his ability to make money and pay you support, so its just stupid to do. If you have a problem with your husband, leave him and file for divorce or seek restraining orders to protect yourself -- which it appears you have done. Attacking him outside the legal system is not a good idea.

I disagree with Mr. Brainard that there is anything illegal about providing truthful information to a spouse's boss. I agree with him completely, however, that it is a stupid thing to do. I would go so far as to call it one of the most boneheaded ideas I've ever heard of. You do nothing but shoot yourself in the foot financially if you mess with his ability to earn a living. Do you really want him unemployed? Do you really want to risk paying him spousal and/or child support because you got him fired and he can't find work?

I'm not sure how alerting your husband's employer would be in your best interest. By taking these actions, you could be causing your husband to lose his job thereby depriving you of support. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
