Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is this legal

my friend was setup by her ex and 13yr daughter, supposively last year her ex and his lawyer asked the minor child if she would be willing to take photos of drugs in her moms room, no police or cps were called either, and at mediation she was shown these pictures and now the mediation lady is making her take random drug tests yes no one seems to mind that no police were called on this and that they put drugs and a minor together. she cant afford an attorney can someone please help us.

The easiest solution is to just take the drug test and prove that she was "set up". If she doesn't take the drug test it may be assumed that is was because she feared a bad result. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
