Legal guardian giving permission for minor to marry

I am the legal guardian of a 15 yr old girl. She wants me to give her permission to get married. Do I have this right or is it up to her parents. She currently lives with her father. Both parents are alive. I am in California and she is in Oregon.

you need to termnate the guardanshp and let her dad deal wth her.
