Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is it legal for a husband of five years to abandon a wife with minor children of her own iaforclosure situation and move to another home without financially helping his wife relocate.

He has been the primary income and has financially cut off support. I am a full time student and have been for four years.

When you file and serve your divorce petition, include a motion for custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and attorney fees.
