My ex-wife has agree to split the custudy of my daughter 50% what leagal documents are needed for that, and also need to modify the child suppot?

You need a signed stipulation. That can be prepared by an attorney or you may ask the facilitator's office to prepare it for you. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
