Legal Separation Entitlements

In a legal separtion, can I keep my medical benefits as well as a monthly income?

This is an unusual issue, and I have no experience in this question. However, the following principles may apply. After the judgment is entered you are still married. Thus depending upon the terms of the medical insurance you as the spouse should continue to receive medical benefits. These benefits continue until the marriage is disolved. If these benefits are important you should get a copy of the medical insurance and talk to the insurance agent and an attorney with insurance experience.
