Legal Question in Family Law in California
legal separation/monitored visitation
I may have to seek a legal separation from my husband; he is a drug user & I need info on how to have his access to our children limited i.e. monitored visitation. He will not quit using. I need the courts to help keep them safe since he will probably fight to see them or even try to take them from me, His reasoning and logic has been compromised by drugs.

Re: legal separation/monitored visitation
you need to file a divorce and ask for supervised visitation in your papers. It will be a process but with proper help it is not scary or complicated.
As always please consult with a qualified attorney before proceeding in your case.
