Legal Seperation

I would like to legally seperate from my spouse and continue living in the same house. How does this work regarding child and finances.

I am not really sure what you want to accomplish by separating, but continuing to live together. In my opinion, you would be opening the door to an argument of reconciliation if you later decide to divorce. As far as the child goes, I am not sure what you are asking.
