legal seperation\divorce
my wife abandoned me 5 months ago. I do not have income of my own.She was the homes source of income.She filed legal seperation,but i have not been served yet. Today she tells me she has opened her own bank account and only leaving half of deposit for me to manage household bills. Can she do this?What are my rights? We have been married 22 years.

You have the same rights to receive support from her as she would have from you if you were the major earner. You did not state why you were not employed, unless you are disabled you will need to seek employment now.
