Legal for a 13 yr old to decide if she wants to stay with her mother or father

I would like to know is 13 old enough for my daughter to decide if she wants to stay with her mother or father in a divorce

At thirteen a child can state a preference and the court will give her preference the weight the court determines it is worth.
