my legally adopted son lives in carson city nevads

my son calls me everyday he wants to come home here in salinas ca and reside with me but 14 years ago my rights as his mother were terminated the aopted parents call him names they physically and mentally abuse him hes only 14 and talks about taking his own life because hes not happy were hes at and they lie to him make him false promises ,ohh and call the police on him for not being incouragle is there a place he could go someone to help him

If he is being physically and emmotionally abused, he should report this abuse to a school teacher.
