Legal Question in Family Law in California

legally an adult in california

My daughter will turn 18 in 12/06 but will not graduate until 6/07. Am I legally responsible for her until she turns 18 or until she graduates high school? She wants to move out of the house but I don't know if she needs to wait till she turns 18 or has graduated. thank you.

Although she is an adult at age 18, you are responsible for her support until she graduates from high school. She must be a full time student during the time from her 18th birthday until she is 19.
