Am I Legally Married?

My husband divorced me and remarried, but several days before our divorce was final. New unhappy wife used that info to file for annulment. Stupid ex-wife (me) remarried him and left him again before annulment was finalized (delayed due to prop settlement disputes.) His annulment is now finalized. Are we married? Do I need to get a divorce or an annulment?

You are married. You can get a divorce. You can get an annulment if you qualify for one. He was single when he married you the second time.

If i have this right, second wife married ex while he was still legally married to you. therefore her marriage is void. at time you remarried ex, he was single, ie your marriage to him was over by divorce and second marriage was never legal. therefore your second marriage was probably good and you need another divorce.
