Legal Question in Family Law in California

legally married - can one parent take children without spouse's consent?

Hi,

My marriage is still intact -- no separation, no divorce -- but my wife wants to take my children and move to another state without me. I am the primary caretaker, and do not want to break my emotional bonds with my children, nor do I want my children separated from me, therefore I am not in agreement with this. What are my rights in this regard?

You have the same rights to custody as mother does. To protect your rights retain an attorney.
