Liability to pay fixed equity loan

Going through divorce. Spouse has moved out. Have been told she does not have to pay the mortgage, but what about fixed equity loan?

There is no court order that either party pay any bills, so the legal advice is correct, the practical advice is not. I suggest that you retain an attorney. You have some problems in the near future. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
