If you are a registered owner of the vehicle, you are liable. Regarding health insurance, it depends. If you get health insurance through your employer, then once your plan administrator finds out that you are separated, it can terminate your husband's coverage, which could result in the court ordering you to pay a full premium for his coverage.

You are liable for auto accidents up to the financial responsibility laws which is 15/30 BI and 5 PD. As to health insurance, you could be responsible for medical care since it is a necessity of life. You should file you dissolution action and obtain a judgment so that all issues will be clear.
