''lift a domestic violence restraining order''

My wife placed a domestic violence restraining order against me. When I appeared for the hearing I was railroaded by her lawyer, I have basically no visitation, and the order was extended by the mediator for three years.

I have a long cause hearing in May. Is there anything I can do to get this lifted or fight it in anyway?
