Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in CA and I recently was granted 50/50 custody and no child support to be paid. My original court order stated I was to keep my ex wife on my life insurance until the time that child support and spousal support obligations cease. My spousal support obligations ended in 2009 and child support was reduced to $0 for both parties in 2011. Would this be grounds now to remove my ex and add my current wife to my policy?
