Legal Question in Family Law in California
I live in California. We have adopted a baby that is now 12 years old and has severe mental health issues and other documented conduct problems. We just cannot service this child with both of us working fulll time. We are considering an Adoption Dissolution? I can not find anyone listed "online" that helps in this area. Can you offer any suggestions? In addition, she runs away from home frequently returns after 2 - 3 nights. We have an idea where she has been staying. The police give us little hope in looking for her when we file missing pesons report. Suggestions on this?
