If you have reconciled and wish to stop your legal action, then you would need to file a paper with the court to dismiss your legal separation action. The exact form can be found if you contact the court clerks or the family law facilitator. They can assist you with how to stop your legal action.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.

As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
