Legal Question in Family Law in California
hello i live in California and i just awarded temporary custody to my grandmother of my son who lives in Hawaii; my ex is a convicted felon and changed her name or should i say altered her real name for one that works;she also battered and abused my son so bad he almost died,I then fought for custody and won Judge ordered that she cant have any children or be near children anyway she went to my sons school and tried to find out about custody my grandmother was notified by the school and how she found out he was with grandmother I do not know its creepy then the police arrived at her door with her mother and 4th husband demanding for my son what kind of charges and legal things that i can do I have full custody of my son what can i do is their negligence on the police letting him go to a convicted felon and the school for giving information.

It sounds like you have a serious problem here but I can't understand exactly what the situation is. Your question is almost entirely unreadable because you use pretty much no capital letters or periods. So I can't tell where one sentence ends and another begins. I also have no idea what you mean by "I just awarded temporary custody to my grandmother of my son who lives in Hawaii.' Who lives in Hawaii, your grandmother, your son, both? How did you award temporary custody? Only a court can award custody. Did you get a court order awarding custody? What jurisdiction's police went to the door? Whose door? What school where? Where is the child now? How do you have custody if your child lives in Hawaii and you live in California. Custody means a child lives with you. None of this makes enough sense to answer anything.
