Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in California and I have a child with a woman who live in North Las Vegas. Neither of us can come to a visitation agreement and twice already she has broke our verbal agreement for that month visitation visit. What should I do.

If the mother and child reside in Nevada, you need to contact a family law attorney in that jurisdiction for help.

Ms. Knock is correct. Since the child resides in NV, it is a NV jurisdiction matter.
