Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in California and have a court order that states my ex-husband will need to dissolve our LLC, bank accounts, etc. prior to receiving the interspousal transfer grant deed. He is now set an ex parte for tomorrow morning for an emergency signing of the interspousal transfer grant deed. He has not dissolved the LLC. Is this possible? How can on Judge overturn another Judge's court order? Desperate for help!! Thank you.
