Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in California. My husband and I are divorcing but still live together. He has thrown away things of mine. Can I request a judge order him to leave?

If your husband is throwing away and destroying property, this behavior may be justification for court orders to have them leave the family home.

Another consideration is the fact that while you continue to remain in the family home together, the court could possibly treat you as not being separated.
