Legal Question in Family Law in California
I live in California. I have been married for 10 years. Recently was separated from my husband and got pregnant from another man. My husband and I are back together and he wishes to raise the unborn child as his own. Does the other man (a one night stand) have paternal rights if my husbands name will be on the birth certificate? I don't want anything from this man. No support or contact. And can this other man demand a paternity test once the child is born?

I don't want to sound rude, but I have answered this question, or questions very similar to it at least 5 times in the past two weeks. The answers should be under the paternity sections. The birth certificate is irrelevant. The biological father could only seek genetic testing within two (2) years of the child's birth.
