Legal Question in Family Law in California

I currently live in california and want to move out of state for a job oppurtunity. my ex and I share joint custody. what are the chances the court will grant me the right to move?

Well that depends on whether you want to take the child with you. If not, you should have no problem working out a visitation arrangement. If you want to take the child with you, then there are too many factors to count that go into whether the court will grant that or not.
