Hi, i live in california ,my ex wife moved to tijuana back in january 2010 , we had a verbal agreetmen to visit the kids , but now she refuses to bring or send my the kids with no one , since is impossible to my to travel to mexico at this time , the kids are U:S citizens and i miss them a lot

Look at your current court orders from your divorce. They are controlling. If they say that you are entitled to visitation then you are entitled to visitation. In any case, you can file an Order to Show Cause with the court asking for specific visitation with the kids. All California courts have family law facilitators that can help you for free on a first come first serve basis. Many lawyers offer free consults as well, should you have more questions.
