In order to become emancipated you must establish that you are self sufficient. More than likely what you are concerned about is custody between your parents. You can petition the family law court to modify the existing custody arrangement. At your age the court will seriously consider your desires with regard to custody. This is something that you should discuss with your father and get his advice.
