Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in Fremont California, currently divorced paying child support and alimony. I have been fighting my ex for more resonable visitation on my own after paying more than 36,000 to my attorney and getting no where. My mom and family live in Florida and with my mom now in her 80's I want to move there to spend more time with her. I would have to change jobs and won't make the money I am now. So I won't be able to pay what I'm paying. What are my options legally.

If you voluntarily take a pay cut by leaving a higher paying job, you could be exposed to paying the same level of support if the court imputes your old income level to you. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
