Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in Hong Kong with my two children and we are all Americans. We followed my husband here for his job and have now been living here for 10 years. My husband and I separated 5 years ago and have been going through a long and contentious divorce. He filed here in Hong Kong. He has now moved to California and we still have the financial arrangements to settle, but the case is still in the Hong Kong court and moving very slowly. Is it possible to move the financial settlement part of the divorce to California? He is being extremely difficult to work with in Hong Kong and enforcement in Hong Kong will be difficult since now he is living in the US. Thank you!
