want to live with my mom

Right now my dad has like 53% custody of me and my mom has like 47%, is there any way that I can choose to live with my mom and not with my dad?

You should discuss this issue with your parents. I would suggest that it would be proper courtesy to talk to your Dad first. If they cannot reach an agreement they can ask a judge to mediate their disagreement. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
