Legal Question in Family Law in California

hi, I live in the state of California and I was wondering how the process works to change my last name and my 2 children? Also how much would it cost for each of us. My children are 7 and 9.

It can be quite easy or extremely difficult depending on the situation. The other parent's notification and consent will probably be required. Call around. An attorney should not cost you much. Good luck.
