Legal Question in Family Law in California

I use to live with my uncle and i know that he would get money for taking care of my sisters and me he would always deny that he got money but i would once over herd him say that our check was coming and him and his wife were making plans on how they were going to spend it and i want to know if their is a way that he can give us back that money?

You need to find out what the source of the money was from and why he got it. If it was paid to him for taking care of you, you are not entitled to get anything as eh was being reimbursed for his expenses and/or time. if it was money directed to you and merely going through him to spend it on your behalf because yo were a minor, and he did not spend it correctly, you might be able to recover the improperly spent funds but you would have to prove he did not spend them correctly.
