Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live and work in Mexico and have been unable to get the court to modify my support to reflect my current income. I am in arrears /contempt. Can the court try to revoke my passport and / or my FM3?

Yes, you can have your passport and other documents revoked for nonpayment of child support.

It is pretty easy to get support modified to show current income. The longer you wait the worse this gets for you.
