i live with some one for 18 year we are not married , i have a house only on my name .

what right does he have over my home

None, if that is all there is to it. Unfortunately a lot can happen in 18 years that could give him some colorable claim to an interest under a Marvin v. Marvin theory, for example. But just on the bare facts of 18 years, unmarried, house title as your sole property, he has no rights in the house.
