Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ive been living with my boyfriend for 12 years and worked for his company for 8 yeasr. Business slowed down so we decided that I would remodle our house and still be on weekly payroll. Ive been injured several times and had to pay for my own medical bills. I have asked him to at least split the coast of the medical bills with me but he gets mad. Im still in a lot of pain. Also everything gets a paid vacation every year except me. When we first met I had a good job at another company. He told me to quit my job and that he would take care of me for the rest of my life . In a court trail with my exhusband he repeted the same statement on the witness stand in front of a judge. Now he wants me to just walk anyway with nothing which is hardly fair to me. I feel that he ows me a weekly check until I retire at 65. as for the house I can prove that I put just as much money into our house as he did. I have a letter that he wrote and signed that he would pay me a 125,000.00 he tore it in half but i still have it. Now he threatend me with a laywer and told me to move. So what are my oppitions and what kind of lawyer do I need. There are many more things that are mentaly draining. Today He showed up again with the police again for the second time this week so he can remove some of his things. I left my house for approx. 1 hour and I came home and he stole 47,000. of cash and 350 thousand dollars in jewelrey. I called the police and they told me that its his house too. I need a good lawyer in Downey. What are my chances of getting back my jewerley?

I am not in Downey but I am not far from you as we're located in Pasadena, CA. Seems like you have 2 major legit claims 1) workers compensation (injuries) 2) labor commission for wages owed to you. I have 47 years of experience therefore you're in good hands.
