Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have been living with my childs father for about 3yrs.he did not ask me to work just to take care of our son well he went to work. he recently kicked me out of the house that we moved in together. with no money for our son in case he needs anything. and he is not paying child support. he got all my and our sons things in boxes and put them in the yard. he says i have no reasion to be on the property because i do not have my things in the house.he wants to take me to court for our son to try to get full cousty. due to the fact that I am staying with my family and I currently do not work. I would like to know does he have the right to kick me out of the house even though the house is in his name? and do you think he will get full costy of our son?

You do not provide enough detail to predict anything about your case. I can tell you, however, that you need to establish paternity if you did not both sign a declaration of paternity in the hospital when the child was born, and you need to get an order in place for child support. It sounds like you also have a case for "palimony," under the Marvin v. Marvin case. You should get to a local family law attorney immediately.
