ive been living with my girlfriend for three months and she has a child she threaten to sue me if I leav her for rent money until the lease is up Dose she have a case

IF you're both on the lease she does. If she is the only one on the lease, but you rented the place together, she probably does. If she was already renting the place and you moved in and then you move out, she'd have a tough time proving a case unless you promised to stay and share rent until the lease was up.
