living separated while still married

I was married in 1999, but my husband and I went our separate ways in 2001. I have since gotten a good job 04 is there any way I would have to give him any money? hes a jailbird

Highly unlikely, but you should file for a divorce to protect yourself. A spouse is responsible for the "necessities of life" of the other spouse while still married, even if separated.
