An experienced family law lawyer should not comment upon a document without first reviewing the document. In a general sense, now that you reside in california you are probably better off having a new document prepared by a California Lawyer who understands applicable California laws.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
