Legal Question in Family Law in California
Living Will
I did a will, living trust, power of attorney, etc. from a CD from Nolo Legal forms (Intuit). I spoke with an associate here at work.
They stated you had to have these legal documents certified.
I had them notarized. Is there such a thing as certification of legal documents?

No, but you do need to fund your trust for it to be valid. Our office can review your documents to see if it is properly funded. Best regards.
